1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using the services offered by O's Cuts ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book an appointment.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are reserved for clients who confirm. A quick text confirmation to (702) 273-0956 is requested after booking online. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
3. Services
We provide barbershop services including men's haircuts, beard sculpting, and kids cuts. Prices and durations are listed on our services page and are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
4. Late Arrivals
We hold your appointment for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. If you are running late, please text us. After 10 minutes, your slot may be released to another client.
5. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major cards. Prices include listed services; add-ons are priced as shown.
6. Liability
We take care with every cut, but we are not liable for allergic reactions to products. Please inform us of any sensitivities before your service begins.
